For over 50 years the Northeast Pennsylvania Manufacturers and Employers Association (MAEA) has grown into what we are today because we understand that we exist to serve member needs. Now more than ever, we understand that our members need and depend on us to help them not only through the good times, but also more importantly, during the especially challenging times.

Since 1964, member companies have relied on us to be their single, cost-effective source for information and support on all matters affecting the employer-employee relationship.
